bCAD5 Drawing

“bCAD5 Drawing” intended for those who works with ordinary drawings, without any needs in 3D modeling tools. This is a simple and effective replacement of expensive CAD systems such as AutoCAD. It does not contain tools that are unnecessary for planar drawing. It allows you to draw exactly and in specified scale, create dimensions and print your drawing.
You also can calculate distances, perimeters and square of drawing's figures.

bCAD5 can read AutoCAD DXF and DWG files, and can export drawing in these formats. “bCAD5 Drawing” is completely new, reworked version of bCAD, uses all new technologies of software development such as Microsoft .NET and modern interface design. bCAd does not differs from any program that works under Microsoft Windows platform.

All modeling principles of bCAD are equals to all principles of other CAD systems such as AutoCAD or ZwCAD. Therefore, if you familiar with AutoCAD or any other CAD system of this class, you can easily create drawing in bCAD.

Objects, which geometry and properties imported with some restrictions.

• Splines. Only control points are imported exactly, but curve's form in bCAD can differ from original form of AutoCAD spline.
• Text. Text placement differ from original placement on AutoCAd drawing. bCAD cannot display text with fractions, for example “3 ½”, will be imported as “3”. For correct displaying diameter sign BCAD-GOST-A or BCAD-GOST-B font must be installed in your system.
• Dimensions are imported as set of planar objects (polylines and hatches). “dot” и “small dot” are imported as circles.
• Polylines that contains segments with different width are imported as polylines with fixed width.
• Donuts are imported as two semi-circles.
• Multiline, imported only line style and colors, filling, ending and knots appearance are not imported.
• Leaders are imported without arrows.
• Gradient fills are imported as solid fills
